無心磨的加工注意事項

(2)工件表層有燒(shao)傷(shang)①磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)輪粒度(du)(du)分(fen)析太(tai)(tai)細或抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)太(tai)(tai)高,應拆卸磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)輪,選用合(he)適的粒度(du)(du)分(fen)析和抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)②導(dao)輪傳動比(bi)比(bi)較(jiao)慢及導(dao)輪傾角(jiao)非常大,務必(bi)提(ti)高導(dao)輪傳動比(bi),降(jiang)低導(dao)輪傾斜角(jiao)度(du)(du)。③磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)太(tai)(tai)多或過小。磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)量小時產生燒(shao)傷(shang),可(ke)(ke)提(ti)高縱向進(jin)刀(dao)速度(du)(du);磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)量大時產生燒(shao)傷(shang),可(ke)(ke)提(ti)高磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)次數。④工件在(zai)通道或進(jin)出口磨(mo)(mo)(mo)去太(tai)(tai)多,導(dao)致燒(shao)傷(shang)或磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)區火焰(yan)集中在(zai)某一個點。適當(dang)(dang)調整導(dao)輪架、擴孔鉆(zhan)和修(xiu)(xiu)整器。⑤磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)輪已鈍,抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)太(tai)(tai)高,切(qie)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)液(ye)不(bu)(bu)足或燒(shao)注方法不(bu)(bu)正確(que)修(xiu)(xiu)整磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)輪,拆卸軟(ruan)一級的磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)輪并且(qie)修(xiu)(xiu)整、提(ti)升切(qie)削(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)液(ye)量并適當(dang)(dang)掌教。

3)工件表層(ceng)有魚(yu)鱗片(pian)斑及直線奶白色(se)線條(tiao)。①磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)輪不平(ping)衡或(huo)者已磨(mo)(mo)鈍、磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)輪太硬、粒度分(fen)析太細(xi)或(huo)者沒有修整(zheng)好。仔細(xi)平(ping)衡磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)輪,拆卸過軟一級的磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)輪并(bing)進行(xing)修整(zheng)等(deng)②導輪傳(chuan)動(dong)比太高(gao)(gao)。適當(dang)降低(di)導輪傳(chuan)動(dong)比。③工件管理(li)處過高(gao)(gao),導致晃動(dong)。適當(dang)降低(di)墊塊高(gao)(gao)度。④墊塊彎曲剛(gang)度不足。加厚墊塊并(bing)扭緊(jin)。

4)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)前邊表(biao)層(ceng)切去一塊。流板板顯(xian)出于導(dao)輪,把(ba)流板板向后緩解(jie)壓力一些。(5)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)后端工(gong)(gong)程師表(biao)層(ceng)切去一塊。后擴(kuo)孔鉆顯(xian)出于導(dao)輪表(biao)層(ceng),將后擴(kuo)孔鉆適(shi)當(dang)的(de)倒退。(6)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)后面表(biao)層(ceng)的(de)有三角形傷口或微(wei)小劃痕。后擴(kuo)孔鉆過時于導(dao)輪表(biao)層(ceng),將后擴(kuo)孔鉆適(shi)當(dang)前移動。(7)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)管(guan)理處(chu)過高,適(shi)當(dang)降低工(gong)(gong)件(jian)管(guan)理處(chu)高度。

同軸度誤差
