無心(xin)磨床,是無需采用(yong)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的樞軸準確定位而進行磨削(xue)的一類數控磨床,重要(yao)由磨削(xue)沙輪片(pian)、調整(zheng)輪和工(gong)(gong)件(jian)固(gu)(gu)定支(zhi)架三個(ge)機構構成,在(zai)這(zhe)其中(zhong)磨削(xue)沙輪片(pian)實際擔任(ren)磨削(xue)的工(gong)(gong)作上,調整(zheng)輪控制工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的旋(xuan)轉,并控制工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的進刀(dao)速度,針對工(gong)(gong)件(jian)固(gu)(gu)定支(zhi)架乃在(zai)磨削(xue)時支(zhi)點工(gong)(gong)件(jian),這(zhe)三種(zhong)零件(jian)可有多種(zhong)多樣互相配合(he)的方法,但停止研磨之外(wai),基本(ben)概念上邊一樣。
無(wu)心(xin)磨(mo)(mo)床(chuang)重要有三(san)種磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)方法;依(yi)據(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、切入(ru)(ru)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)切入(ru)(ru)一(yi)依(yi)據(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、依(yi)據(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)經意(yi)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)沿沙(sha)輪(lun)(lun)片(pian)軸(zhou)線(xian)方向進(jin)(jin)刀進(jin)(jin)行(xing)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)。調整導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)線(xian)的(de)微(wei)小傾角來進(jin)(jin)行(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)軸(zhou)頸走(zou)刀。合(he)適磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)長細圓(yuan)柱狀(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)。無(wu)管(guan)理處孔(kong)的(de)短(duan)軸(zhou)和(he)軸(zhou)類零件(jian)生產加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)等。切入(ru)(ru)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)經意(yi)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)。墊塊上邊(bian)有軸(zhou)頸準(zhun)確(que)定(ding)(ding)位支點(dian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)支撐點(dian)在(zai)墊塊一(yi)定(ding)(ding)位置上,以(yi)沙(sha)輪(lun)(lun)片(pian)或(huo)導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)切入(ru)(ru)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)。用于(yu)(yu)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)帶軸(zhou)環或(huo)模座的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)以(yi)及圓(yuan)錐體,球(qiu)體或(huo)其他旋轉體工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)。切入(ru)(ru)一(yi)依(yi)據(ju)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)經意(yi)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)是這二者的(de)復合(he)性。此外,也是有斷開(kai)走(zou)刀片(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)和(he)使帶臺(tai)階的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)在(zai)軸(zhou)頸進(jin)(jin)、退的(de)內(nei)螺紋走(zou)刀片(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)。無(wu)心(xin)磨(mo)(mo)床(chuang)生產率(lv)較高。多用于(yu)(yu)許多生產加工(gong)(gong)(gong),便于(yu)(yu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)自動化(hua)控制。
