無心磨床的使用注意事項及特點

無心磨床的原理

無心磨床的(de)應用常(chang)見問(wen)題

1、啟動前,查驗(yan)機器(qi)設(she)備的附近情況,機臺子上(shang)不(bu)可以放置(zhi)物件(jian),工件(jian)需(xu)放置(zhi)齊(qi)整(zheng);查驗(yan)泊(bo)箱(xiang)停車位、制冷儲(chu)水箱(xiang)水位線(xian)是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)切正(zheng)常,砂輪(lun)及導(dao)輪(lun)與適用刀(dao)頭中(zhong)間(jian)的空隙是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)切正(zheng)常;電源開(kai)關是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)靠譜,保(bao)護(hu)罩(zhao)的安全(quan)防范是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)合理(li)。

2、開啟開關電源(yuan)和(he)液壓機電源(yuan)開關,觀查數控車床液壓表(biao)的工作(zuo)壓力表(biao)明(ming)是不是一切正常。

3、在啟動前,務(wu)必把砂(sha)輪和(he)導輪修這座擦洗整潔,泊杯滿(man)油油。

4、查詢液壓(ya)傳動系統泊(bo)鏡,僅(jin)有當汽車油(you)表平穩后才可以打開砂輪和導(dao)輪。

5、直到砂輪(lun)和(he)導輪(lun)運(yun)行一切正常(chang)后,再打開離(li)心水泵,調節到適合水流量。

6、啟動生(sheng)產制造后,作業(ye)者務必根據安全操作規程(cheng),對首樣品開展自查(cha),并記下來。

7、在生產過程中如(ru)發現異常情況,應該馬上關(guan)(guan)機,并填好(hao)有關(guan)(guan)報表。

8、砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)、導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)持續高轉速五分(fen)鐘之上后再終(zhong)止供電(dian)(dian),以防下(xia)一次(ci)啟(qi)動導(dao)致(zhi)其(qi)不平衡,直到砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)、導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)脫水水份后,將(jiang)(jiang)其(qi)電(dian)(dian)源總(zong)開(kai)關打進OFF部位(wei),砂(sha)輪(lun)(lun)、導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)終(zhong)止后才(cai)可以將(jiang)(jiang)汽壓電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關打進OFF部位(wei)。

9、關(guan)閉設備將離心水泵(beng)電機電源開關(guan)打進OFF部位(wei),隨后取下停留在數控車床中(zhong)的工作(zuo)中(zhong)物(wu)。

無心磨床的特性

1、持續(xu)生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),不用進刀,夾(jia)裝工(gong)件等拷(kao)貝時間較短,生(sheng)產效率高。

2、固定支(zhi)(zhi)架和(he)導輪精準定位組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)比一般磨(mo)床、中(zhong)心架組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)支(zhi)(zhi)撐剛度(du)好,鉆削(xue)量能夠很大,并(bing)有(you)益于(yu)(yu)長細軸類零(ling)件(jian)工件(jian)的生(sheng)產加工,便于(yu)(yu)完成髙(gao)速(su)磨(mo)削(xue)和(he)超強力磨(mo)削(xue)。
